OS68 Flybridge

The Overview

Ray Hunt designed 68 of which the hull and deck are already made in Kaohsiung, Taiwan ready for a new owner to put their stamp on it.

CONSTRUCTION

• Hull lamination, vacuum bagged PVC foam core above and below water line.
•  Hull structure, in lightweight composite FRP girders and webs.
•  Hull surfaces below waterline with 3 coats of epoxy undercoating.
•  Engine bed structure, girder design with high density foam.
•  Deck lamination, vacuum bagged PVC foam core for vertical and horizontal areas.
•  Deck and housetop structure, in composite FRP beams and frames.
•  Deck hardware installation, high density core in way of hardware.
•  Deck hull joint, fully laminated and mechanically fastened.
•  Collision bow tank and bulkhead, with inspection plate.
•  Bulkheads, structural, infused cored composite.
•  Bulkheads, fully laminated bulkheads and mechanically fastened.
•  Cabin soles, structural, vacuum bagged cored composite, with sound proof features.
•  Painted Hull, Awlgrip 2000 white with blue boot strip.
•  Gelcoat, white for deck and exterior. Gelcoat, clear for hull below water line.
• Resin skin coats, with vinyl ester for hull, deck, and exterior parts.
•  Fiberglass fabrics, knitted throughout.
• Fiberglass chopped strand mat.
• Warranty, one year for general workmanship and materials, five years for structure and hull.

CE certification is included with 2 year warranty.
